If you are found to be under 21, your account will be immediately suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accrued will be voided.

If duplicate accounts are detected, babu44 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit all balances, void all pending bets, and permanently ban the player from the platform.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. 3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your babu44 account balance within sixty (60) seconds under normal operating conditions. Deposits via Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to ten (10) minutes to process. babu44 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which babu44 accepts no liability.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard may take up to twenty-four (24) hours. babu44 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the same account. babu44 does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

3.4 Funds and Account Balance

Your babu44 account balance represents real money held in trust for you. babu44 does not pay interest on account balances. You may withdraw your available balance at any time subject to these terms, applicable verification requirements, and any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds. babu44 is not a bank and is not regulated as a financial institution; account balances are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

4.1 Bonus Eligibility
